Emma Farrell RDN
Emma Farrell is a highly experienced and dedicated dental professional with a passion for education and empowering the next generation of dental nurses. She qualified in Dental Nursing through the NEBDN in 2011 and went on to specialise in Implant Dental Nursing, completing her NEBDN qualification in 2017.
Emma’s commitment to continuous development led her to qualify as a tutor in 2018, and she completed her TAQA (Training, Assessment and Quality Assurance) qualification in 2021. With these credentials, she now supports and assesses learners across a range of dental education programmes.
As the Education Lead and Implant Coordinator at Enhance Dental, Emma brings a wealth of clinical and educational experience to her role. She is especially passionate about mentoring and creating supportive learning environments where dental nurses can build confidence, grow their skills, and thrive in their careers.
Emma’s training focuses on key areas such as implant nursing, treatment coordination, digital scanning, and advanced chairside assisting. Her approach is practical, encouraging, and grounded in real-world experience.
Outside of her professional work, Emma enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, keeping active, and working on her garden and allotment. Known for always being on the go, she brings the same energy and enthusiasm to her personal life as she does to her work.
