Enhanced Dental Education Tuition Programme Overview
This comprehensive three-month programme is designed to elevate your dental practice treatment coordination skills through five core units. It includes:
- An introductory induction session
- 100 hours of guided learning
- A minimum of five tutorials
Approximately 100 hours of independent study to complete all work.
The training is highly specialised, focusing on advanced management techniques and strategies to thrive in today's economic and regulatory landscape. It offers a deep dive into the skills, roles, and responsibilities of the entire team under your management.
Emphasizing hands-on, practical skills, the programme's assessments will evaluate participants' ability to apply their knowledge and demonstrate practical competence. After completing the workshops, participants are required to submit assignments that contextualize their learning into their everyday roles as treatment coordinators.
Before the workshops begin, participants will also complete a learning styles assessment and an objective-setting exercise to personalise their experience.
This programme is designed to not only enhance participants' knowledge and skills but also to foster personal and professional growth in practice management. It tracks the evolution of participants' competencies, including social, intellectual, and attitudinal shifts.
